Yes, absolutely. Every product listed on our website is 100% brand new, authentic, factory-sealed, and sourced through official distribution channels.

2. What does "EU Specification" mean? Can I use these devices in other countries?

EU Specification (EU Spec) devices are manufactured for the European market and meet all official European quality standards.

  • Worldwide Compatibility: Mobile phones and electronics today use universal cellular bands (GSM/4G/5G) and global hardware standards. As a result, EU Spec devices work seamlessly around the world, including in the US, UK, South Africa, Asia, and beyond.
